Can't cancel and delete account, still get charged after emailing

There is no way to cancel your account from the admin. I have reached out to support and they confirmed it was cancelled - however account is still active and I was charged again.

I have reached out two more times to support and account is still active.

I do not recommend Product Road and leaving this here as a warning to others
