Make entire vote box clickable

Click on vote box redirects to post, only click on arrow upvotes a post. We need change behavior and make entire vote box clickable for voting.

It's fixed by setting a hard element size. Now clicks on vote box not redirect to posts.
Right, it will increase usability.
