Intercom outbound messaging

Please add Outbound messaging in Intercom! This is literally make or break for me, and I'm using Userfeed or Upvoty instead of your product because of this. However, I much prefer your product and would use it if I could generate outbound messages with links such as "give product feedback" directly in the chat window.

I know I can add a feedback button to my Messenger window, but I want to do it through the Outbound messaging.

Hi @Edward Kerstein, we already have a outbound Intercom widget.



You just need to activate it in Intercom Messenger settings:
