Advanced feedback capturing and bug fixes

We added the ability to add comments during capturing feedback via Vote on Behalf. Comments could be public or internal.



We also fixed email notifications so all subscribed users will receive notifications for important posts updates. Also, user subscribes to the post created by himself.
